Amanda Lundius is a seasoned Director of User Experience at Visma, where a diverse range of roles has been held since September 2016, including Head of UX and Group UX Lead, focusing on product vision, team empowerment, and community building among designers. Amanda has extensive experience in facilitating workshops, UX research, design systems, and user testing across multiple projects. In addition to current roles as a board member for Proceedo, Ecare, and Visma | ProActive, Amanda's past contributions include design and facilitation work for Grobruket AB, guest lecturing at Berghs School of Communication, and roles at Sony Mobile Communications. An educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from Malmö University and further studies in facilitating creative meetings and social psychology.
