Theresa Hoszowski MHA, MLS(ASCP) has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Theresa Hoszowski began their career at Eastern Florida State College in 2010, where they served as an Adjunct Professor until 2014. In 2006, they joined Health First as a Laboratory Supervisor, a role they held for 12 years until 2018. After that, they worked at Trinity Health of New England as a Laboratory Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Theresa is a Senior Program Manager at Visiun, Inc., starting in July 2019.

Theresa Hoszowski MHA, MLS(ASCP) holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they obtained from Florida Atlantic University in the year 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from the University of Cincinnati, and their Associate of Science (AS) in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Eastern Florida State College in 2009 and 2006 respectively.

In addition to their academic degrees, Theresa has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a SQL certification from Florida Atlantic University in July 2022, a Business Analytics certification from the same institution in May 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Florida Atlantic University in December 2017. Theresa Hoszowski also holds a LEAN Green Belt certification from Health First, acquired in September 2014. Furthermore, they obtained a Medical Laboratory Scientist certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in May 2006.
