Esther Pla Ibáñez is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Visium since January 2025, Esther previously held positions as a Data Engineer and Software Engineer at ITI - Instituto Tecnológico de Informática and as a Data Engineer at Bluetab, an IBM Company. With a solid background in statistical analysis and machine learning from roles at Capgemini, including a software engineer and data scientist intern, Esther has demonstrated expertise in Python, ETL development, and Big Data projects. Esther began a career as a data analyst intern at Fundació Fisabio, contributing to cancer determinant evaluation projects. Holding a degree in Mathematics from the University of Valencia and an MSc in Management of Production, Logistics and Procurement from IMT Atlantique, Esther brings a strong educational foundation to the field.
