Gloria Soendker has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role was as the Chief Nursing Officer at the Visiting Nurse Association of Kansas City, where they held leadership responsibilities. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Hospice Services at the same organization.

Before joining the Visiting Nurse Association, Gloria worked at the Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care as the Manager of Palliative Care/Marketing/Admissions for seven years. Gloria's earliest work experience was as the Patient Care Coordinator/Program Director/Staff Nurse at Kendallwood Healthcare Services. Gloria served as a physician liaison, coordinated patient care for home health and hospice services, and managed patient referrals.

Gloria Soendker earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where they studied from 1979 to 1983.
