Eric Cortes has a diverse education history. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Temple University between 2003 and 2007. Following this, in 2009 and 2010, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Leadership from the Latino Partnership Institute. In 2012, they pursued further education at Saint Joseph's University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Writing Studies, which was completed in 2014.
In 2017, Eric acquired additional certifications in digital marketing and analytics. Eric completed the Digital Marketing Circuit from General Assembly in July 2017 and successfully completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google in November of the same year.
