Franck Laibe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Guichet accueil at Crédit Mutuel during the summers, which helped improve their oral expression and patience. Franck then pursued a Master's degree in Produits et Services Multimédia from 2015 onwards. In 2017, Franck interned at Artionet as an E-marketer and SEO specialist, taking on the responsibility of optimizing a website. In 2018, they had a similar internship at LISI AUTOMOTIVE, where they actively contributed to the research and development of ideas for improving sales. In 2019, Franck worked briefly as an Agent de mise en rayon at Leroy Merlin. Currently, they are employed as a Développeur web at VISIPERF since September 2020. Throughout their career, Franck has showcased adaptability, autonomy, and a dedication to enhancing their skills in various roles.

Franck Laibe began their education in 2015 at IUT Nord Franche-Comté - Université de Franche-Comté, where they pursued a degree in DUT Métiers du multimédia et de l'internet. Franck completed their studies in 2017. In 2018, Franck enrolled in Université de Franche-Comté to pursue a Master 2 (M2) degree in Communication numérique et média / multimédia, which they completed in 2019.
