Ulrik Plugge is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in business and operations controlling. Currently serving as a Business Controller at Visiopharm since December 2020, Ulrik previously held the position of Operations Controller at WSAudiology from March 2018 to December 2020, where collaboration with operations departments and involvement in integration projects were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at ROCKWOOL Group from September 2010 to February 2018, where Ulrik specialized in fixed cost controlling and established frameworks for budgeting and follow-ups. Earlier career foundations included a trainee role that involved creditor and debtor accounting as well as generating financial statements. Ulrik holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a HHX degree from Køge Handelsskole.
