Wade Harbin, ABOC-AC, currently serves as the Director of Lens & Contact Lens Strategy at Visionworks of America, where responsibilities include leading strategic efforts in lens and contact lens categories since September 2018. Prior to this role, Wade held multiple positions at Luxottica, including Senior Category Manager for lenses and contact lenses, and gained extensive operational experience at Lenscrafters, advancing from Laboratory Technician to General Manager and implementing significant improvements in store performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Wade has contributed to the education sector as an Instructor of Opticianry Science at Milwaukee Area Technical College and demonstrated leadership in sports as an Assistant Basketball Coach at The Miller School of Albemarle. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Marquette University.
