Nikki Glass currently serves as the Vice President of Administration at VISIONS, Inc since July 2020 and also functions as an Independent Consultant for Restorative Solutions, which focuses on implementing restorative practices within various communities. Prior to these roles, Nikki was the Administrative Manager at Stillpoint: Center for Spiritual Development from July 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included fundraising and human resources. Nikki's experience also encompasses a significant tenure as Deputy Director at Restorative Response Baltimore from April 2004 to January 2017, a Development Associate role at AAUW from December 2000 to April 2004, and as a Development Assistant at the Maryland Food Bank from December 1997 to December 2000. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University, awarded in 1997.
