Peter Westmeijer currently serves as the Director of Software Development at Visionplanner, a position held since May 2021, and previously held the role of Manager Software Development. Prior to this, Peter worked at Promedico ICT from June 2017 to May 2021 as Teammanager Softwaredevelopment, and at ANVA from April 2005 to June 2017 in various leadership roles, including Lijnmanager softwaredevelopment and Productgroep manager midoffice. Peter's expertise includes coaching multidisciplinary teams, focusing on Scrum methodologies, and transitioning from functional to automated testing, as well as ensuring Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Peter's career began as a Software ontwikkelaar at Omega Software, followed by roles as Projectleider/consultant at Turnkiek / Imtech ICT. Peter holds multiple educational qualifications from institutions including Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
