Oren Hoffmann is an experienced Chip Design Engineer currently employed at VisionMap since September 2009, with prior experience at NICE Systems from June 1999 to June 2009. Oren specializes in FPGA designs for video applications, implementing MATLAB video algorithms in various FPGA families, including ALTERA and Xilinx. Earlier in the career, Oren worked as a Hardware Engineer in the Audio Division, focusing on building hardware products for E1/T1 digital and analog audio, involving system architecture, electric design, and collaboration with PCB and mechanical designers, along with software debugging. Oren holds an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering, Computers, Communication, and DSP from Tel Aviv University.
