David Katz has a strong background in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, with extensive experience at various companies. David served as the VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at Samsara Vision since 2024, Enopace Biomedical from 2013 to 2023, and Brainsgate from 2003 to 2013. Prior to these roles, they were the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Elan Medical Technologies Israel from 1994 to 2003. David started their career as a Product Development Engineer at Cordis from 1992 to 1993.

David Katz earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University, graduating in 1991.
