Tracyeé Martan is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in IT support and incident resolution. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Visionaire Partners since June 2016, Tracyeé provides world-class technical support and customer service to a diverse global client base. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at Interstate Restoration LLC, where Tracyeé focused on Tier II incident resolution, and as an IT Support Analyst with The OnStaff Group, specializing in Tier II and Tier III support for clients in the medical field. Earlier experience also includes a Desktop Support Analyst position at Staffmark, handling incoming trouble tickets and project management.
