Maher Aboukadir has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Maher served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Valley, where they set the company's strategy and plans. Additionally, they mentored the management team and provided technical insights on large-scale projects with extreme complexity. Prior to this, Maher worked at Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (Etisalat) for over 15 years. During their time there, they led the Marketing and Development of Emirates Internet & Multimedia. Maher successfully deployed multiple projects, including airports automated messaging, a large scalable IVR network, Emirates Internet services, and Emirates Internet Exchange, which provided internet transit and peering to several countries through the UAE.

Maher Aboukadir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Hull.
