Connor Barnes has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, starting as an Intern at various companies in 2011. Connor then worked their way up to roles such as Human Resource Assistant at Superior Services Inc. and various positions at Prometric, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Manager, Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Management at Vision Technologies. Throughout their career, Connor has demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent development, and performance assessment.

Connor Barnes attended St. Mary's High School in Annapolis, followed by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph-Macon College in 2011. Connor also obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources, including SHRM-CP in 2015, PHR in 2014, and Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS in 2013.
