Emma Phillips (nee Waite) is a seasoned professional in commercial partnership management and sales within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Commercial at VISION Sport and Entertainment since March 2022, Emma drives brand connections and maximizes commercial returns for various rights holders. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Partnership Consultant at PMY Group, multiple positions at IMG—including Sponsorship Projects Manager and Sponsorship Marketing Manager, and Director at DPM Events & MCL. Emma also held the position of Commercial Partnerships Manager at the International Cricket Council and began a career in television sales at IMG Media.
