As VSP Global’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Cappelletti-Matthews is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. She oversees compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness and employee communications, HRIS, talent acquisition and all human resources operations, which includes the HR service center, payroll, wellness, analytics, metrics, special projects and ongoing company-wide leadership efforts.
