Marcy Patten is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Vision Group Canada since January 2019, Marcy Patten focuses on coaching and training the sales team while collaborating with the Sales Director to enhance overall team performance. As a Co-Founder of Hydravent Systems Inc. since February 2017, Marcy Patten aims to assist homeowners in optimizing forced air systems to improve efficiency and reduce carbon footprints. Previously, Marcy Patten worked as a Sales Consultant at TLC Laser Eye Centers from November 2012 to January 2019, successfully overseeing a large optometry territory in the Greater Toronto Area and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Education includes studies at Toronto Metropolitan University and Ryerson University.
