Louise Smith has extensive experience in the IT and support services field, having held multiple managerial positions at Vision Express since March 1999, including Helpdesk Services Manager, EPOS Systems Manager, and Internal Communications Manager, currently within the People & Culture Team. Prior to Vision Express, Louise served as Operations Support Manager and Helpdesk Services Manager at Computercentre and held roles such as Systems Analyst at Nottingham Evening Post and IT Analyst at Inland Revenue. Educational background includes studies at Bennerley Secondary School and South East Derbyshire College.
