Stefano Bonfiglio has a solid work experience in sales and technical roles within the engineering industry. Stefano started their career as an Impiegato tecnico commerciale at Anilam Srl in 2002 and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined HEIDENHAIN ITALIANA S.r.l. as an Impiegato c/o Automation technology Electronics industry Sales, where they stayed until 2010. Later in 2010, they became an Area Sales Manager at Vision Engineering Ltd.

Stefano Bonfiglio completed their education at the Istituto Salesiano Don Bosco, where they obtained a Tecnico Elettrotecnico degree in 1984. Stefano further pursued their studies at the Istituto Tecnico Statale Settembrini, where they completed a Diploma di maturità Elettronica in 1986.
