Hailey Hicks, LO, ABOC, NCLEC, is a dedicated Licensed Optician currently employed at Vision Associates Inc. at The Rhode Island Eye Institute in South Kingstown, RI, since February 2023. Hailey has also served as President-Elect of the Opticians Association of Rhode Island since February 2022.
