Dadhi Quardanu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design. Dadhi is currently working as a Product Design Lead at Visinema since April 2021. Previously, they were a Product Designer at Gojek from June 2020 to April 2021, where they improved the end-to-end experience and successfully resolved user payment problems in rural areas, resulting in a 5% increase in conversion. Dadhi also served as the Head of UX at Mapan - PT Ruma from February 2019 to June 2020, where they played a key role in leading the redesign of the product experience for the company's 2.5 million members. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead UX at MobileForce from January 2014 to February 2019. Dadhi's earlier experiences include working as a UX Designer at K1W1 (FAILED Startup) in 2013, a Jr. UX Designer at PT. SITTI Technology from May 2012 to January 2013, a UI Designer at Jalamento from June 2010 to May 2012, and a Creative Designer at Bermuda Project Production from 2005 to 2010.

From 2003 to 2008, Dadhi Quardanu attended STIKOM InterStudi where they earned a Diploma (D3) in Design and Visual Communications, General.
