Roland Urbanek is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering for Cloud and previously for Application Development & Data Management at Visier Inc. since May 2015, Urbanek has a strong background in leading engineering teams across various roles. Prior positions include Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services and Amazon, as well as ownership of an educational app business. Urbanek held several key engineering leadership roles at SAP and Business Objects, demonstrating expertise in engineering leadership for developer missions and integrations, particularly with Crystal Reports. Urbanek began a career in software development with Seagate Software and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of British Columbia.
