Michael Shin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael currently works at Verizon as a Principal Experience Designer, where they contribute to the design of Care Smart products and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver concepts and final designs. Michael also holds the position of Principal Experience Designer at Visible, a Verizon subsidiary.

Before their time at Verizon, Michael worked at ZENDA, LLC as a Lead UX/UI Designer from 2019 to 2020. Michael then joined CentSai as the Director of Product Design, where they conducted user requirements analysis, created wireframes and user flows, and collaborated with development teams to implement design specifications. Michael also managed the product design team and collaborated with the editorial team for SEO purposes.

Prior to their roles in design, Michael worked as an Intermediate Interior Designer at Pembrooke & Ives and as an Architectural/Interior Designer at SONNEMAN® - A Way of Light. Michael also has experience as a Team Leader in the US Army.

Michael Shin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design with specialty studies in Art and Design from Syracuse University. Michael attended Syracuse University from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they completed a Certification in UX Design from General Assembly in the year 2019.
