Justin Kang is a General Partner at Visible Hands. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Economic Growth at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce from January 2016 to December 2020. Justin also served as Executive Director of City Awake from January 2014 to December 2020.

From 2013 to 2015, Justin worked as a Customer Confidence Advocate at Yesware, Inc. Before that, they were a Youth and Campus Organizer at Opportunity Nation from 2011 to 2013. In 2010, they were an Associate Director at The Unreasonable Institute and an Associate at MassChallenge from 2009 to 2010.

Justin Kang received a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Brandeis University. Justin then attended The College of Wooster for their undergraduate studies. Finally, they attended Peddie School for their graduate studies.
