Roi Shchori has a strong background in operations and management. Roi started their career at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd, where they held the roles of VP Engineering, R&D and VP Operations. In these positions, Roi was responsible for leading innovative product development, implementing energy efficiency projects, and managing cost reduction plans. Roi also played a crucial role in the company crisis by ensuring full capacity production activities and employee retention. In 2016, Roi joined Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. as Operations Director, where they manage a plant of approximately 300 employees and is focused on accelerating growth and doubling production capacities.

Roi Shchori has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Roi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institute from 2011 to 2013.
