Olivier Guyot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and change management. Since October 2011, Olivier has served as Managing Partner at VISCONTI, where business leaders are coached to navigate challenges. Prior to this role, Olivier worked at BIA Group from 2010 to 2011, managing organizational changes and integration processes for newly acquired companies. As CEO of Bergerat Monnoyeur BeLux from 2004 to 2008, Olivier successfully restructured the organization, achieving significant revenue and profitability growth. Earlier in the career, Olivier was Branch Manager at Bergerat Monnoyeur France from 1996 to 2004, where revenue increased despite market decline, and held the position of Marketing Manager, leading product introduction and distribution strategy. Olivier holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including Vlerick Business School and IMD, among others.
