Jen Panasik is a highly experienced design executive currently serving as Global VP of Design at Visa since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jen spent 18 years at IDEO, where as a Partner and Senior Executive Director, Jen was responsible for the firm's growth and for delivering on strategic goals within the Media & Technology domain. Jen led a multi-disciplinary studio of over 100 designers, managing the largest P&L at IDEO while driving innovative solutions across various industries including media, technology, and finance. Jen's earlier career includes senior roles at Punchcut, Pink+Read, Organic, Inc., Intershop Communications, Time Inc., and as an independent UX/UI designer. Jen holds an MFA in Design + Technology from Parsons School of Design and a BA in English and Graphic Communication from California Polytechnic State University.
