Sivakumar Rasipuram has over 25 years of experience in software product development and engineering management across various prominent companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Product Development at Visa since October 2015, Sivakumar spearheads Cybersource Product Development in India, focusing on team building, business strategy, and the execution of critical projects in Payments, Risk, and Business tools domains. Prior experience includes a decade at PayPal as Director of Software Product Development, where Sivakumar built and managed the India development center and led Merchant Services domains. Additional notable roles include leadership positions at Covansys, MCI Telecommunications, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Wipro Infotech, showcasing expertise in offshore development, agile practices, and strategic team management. Sivakumar holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
