Ronen Bar is an accomplished senior executive specializing in the People function, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Visa since March 2014. In this role, Ronen leads the People function across various Global Corporate and Business functions, previously holding titles like Vice President and Senior Director, where partnerships were formed with senior leaders including the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. Prior experience includes over a decade at Applied Materials in roles such as Senior Director and Director, focusing on the needs of the Field Customer Engineers group and various Applied Global Services functions. Earlier in the career, Ronen worked as Manager of Learning & Development at Intel and served in the Israel Defense Forces' Intelligence division. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Derby University and a BA in Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
