Hemant Deshpande is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chief Systems Architect at Visa since April 2005, Hemant has been instrumental in architecting and redesigning the VAP Data processing pipeline for Visa's flagship analytical platform. Hemant co-founded ViVPhone, Inc. between 2011 and 2013, providing advisory support to develop a visually interactive voice response system. Prior to that, Hemant held key engineering roles at Navisite, AT Systems, Blue Star Limited, and Advani Oerlikon, Ltd., focusing on application development and implementation of financial systems. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University and is pursuing a program on software project management and CASE tools at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
