Arun Bala is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management and software development across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Products at Visa since October 2022, Arun previously held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Insurity, where Arun was the chief product owner for the "Sure by Insurity" Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims SaaS products. Prior to that, Arun was Senior Director of Product Management at CodeObjects, which was later acquired by Insurity. Arun's earlier roles include Director of Business Applications at Delta Dental Insurance Company, where a $10MM+ enterprise transformation initiative was led, and various positions at Oracle spanning over 15 years, culminating as Director of Software Development for Oracle Sales Cloud. Arun's career began with positions at Autodesk, Deutsche Software India Pvt Ltd, and Wipro Infotech Ltd, following a B.S. in Computer Science from the National Institute Of Technology.
