Aashish Bhargava serves as Vice President of Global Merchant Sales and Acquiring at Visa since July 2008, leading the Global Acceptance Center of Excellence and driving product and solution development. Previously, Aashish held the role of Vice President for Acceptance Solutions, focusing on strategy and business development for Card Not Present and eCommerce products, along with overseeing risk policies. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Manager for Visa International in the UAE, where significant growth was achieved in a rapidly developing market, and positions at HDFC Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, and SRF Ltd in various leadership roles. Aashish holds an Executive Management Program degree from IMD, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has an educational foundation from SRCC, Delhi University, and The Doon School.
