Manuel Cirilo Gavidia is an experienced professional currently serving as Jefe de proyectos de innovación and COORDINADOR DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y DESARROLLO INDUSTRIAL at Viru S.A. since August 2016. In these roles, Manuel is responsible for the development and design of new process lines, managing innovation projects, and improving corporate processes. Prior to this, Manuel held positions as Supervisor de mejora de procesos and Supervisor de control de producción, focusing on enhancing product quality and production cost efficiency. Additionally, Manuel is the founder of Vainilla Peru, a project dedicated to promoting vanilla cultivation. In terms of education, Manuel is pursuing a degree in Key Account Management at ESAN Graduate School Of Business and has completed various certifications in Lean Manufacturing, integrated management systems, and environmental impact assessment. Manuel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Privada del Norte and has also studied Forestry Engineering at Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
