Shoaib Shaikh has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition at Virtusa. Previously, Shoaib held the position of Senior Manager HR - Talent Acquisition: Insights & Data and Invent at Capgemini and was the Country Human Resources lead for the Middle East at HCL Infosystems Ltd, managing recruitment efforts in the UAE and Qatar. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources at iGATE Patni Computers Systems Limited and Senior Executive focusing on hiring for the BFSI sector at Aurionpro. Shoaib holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
