Joseph Renna, CAIA, CIPM has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Joseph started their career as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual in 2007 and then joined The Hartford as a Staff Auditor/Advanced Staff Auditor in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO), where they worked as a Performance Analyst and later as a Senior Performance Analyst until 2014. Since 2014, Joseph has been working at Virtus Investment Partners, where they initially held the position of Senior Performance Analyst and is currently serving as the Director of Risk Analytics.

Joseph Renna, CAIA, CIPM, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics from Fordham University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have also earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association in November 2017 and the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute in September 2012.
