Fred Schoenfeld has extensive experience in business system design and information engineering, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Business System Designer at Virtus Investment Partners since January 2009, Fred previously held the same title at Phoenix from June 2006 to December 2008. Fred's career began at Citigroup Investments, where Fred worked as a Senior Information Engineer from September 1996 to March 2006. Fred Schoenfeld earned a degree at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1982.
