Ian Dobie is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and support. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Support Engineer at Virtuoso since February 2017, Ian supports a user base of over 2,500 individuals. Previously, Ian held various managerial roles at Ebookers - Orbitz Worldwide from May 2004 to October 2016, leading global teams in 2nd and 3rd line support for end user systems and corporate applications across Europe, the Middle East, and India. Ian began a career in IT as a Senior IT Support professional at Flightbookers/Ebookers, providing support to UK and Ireland offices. Ian also has a military background, having served in the British Army with the Royal Green Jackets. Ian's education includes attending Bexley Grammar School in Welling, Kent.
