Database Marketing, CRM and Loyalty at Virtue Labs LLC

Tom Visosky has over 25 years of experience in the marketing industry. Tom began their career in 1991 as a Senior Research Manager, Group Head at Burke International Research. From 1994 to 2004, they held various roles at American Express, including Director, Condition Management, Establishment Services, Director, Suppression, Establishment Services, Senior Management, Sales Development, Consumer Card Services Group, Senior Manager, Targeted Acquisition, Consumer Card Services Group, and Manager/Assistant Manager, Marketing Research. In 2004, they became the Director, Marketing Research & Analytics at ClubMom. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at MasterCard Advisors as a Managing Consultant, Lifecycle Marketing and Managing Consultant, Merchant Solutions. Tom then moved to Strivectin Operating Company as the Director, Customer Relationship Management, where they were responsible for customer relationship management strategies and execution, and for leveraging customer database to drive direct to consumer results. Tom also conceived, developed, launched, and managed StriVectin Inner Circle. In 2013, Tom became the Director, Database Marketing and Loyalty at DCH Auto Group, where they managed one direct report and led and implemented lifecycle communication program for sales and service customers to drive revenue. Since 2015, they have been at Virtue Labs LLC as the Database Marketing, CRM and Loyalty, where they are responsible for database marketing for direct to consumer hair care start-up, building automated lifecycle marketing program to nurture and grow customer relationships and long-term value, and working with marketing team to develop database email program to foster ongoing engagement.

Tom Visosky completed their MBA in Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Psychology and Marketing from Juniata College between 1982 and 1986.
