Toby Heelis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1999, they served as the COO at pressfirst.com until 2001. Toby then co-founded and became the director of City Golf & Health Clubs in 2002, where they oversaw the establishment of a private members club and event venue in London. In 2012, they worked as the Marketing Director at The Brewery, a historic venue in London known for its flexibility and adaptability for different events. From 2013 to 2015, they held the voluntary position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at the International Live Events Association (ILEA). In 2014, Toby founded Eventopedia UK Limited, where they worked as a co-founder. That same year, they also founded virtuall, an AI-automated virtual tour platform for various industries. In 2019, they became the CEO of E X P L O R E, an organization focused on virtual tours. Currently, they are a member at Helm (formerly The Supper Club), starting in 2021. Throughout their work experience, Toby has gained expertise in event management, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Toby Heelis attended Repton School from 1986 to 1989. After that, they went to Harrow School from 1989 to 1991, where they completed their A Levels. Toby then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Valuation & Estate Management at the University of the West of England from 1991 to 1994.
