Yevgeniy Karpukhin has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 as Head of the department for software development at DigitalStream. In 2012, they began working as a Software Developer at Connect. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Software Developer at Muganbank OJSC. In 2017, they became Chief Information Officer at PayNet. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as Senior Software Engineer at VirtualHealth.

Yevgeniy Karpukhin attended Baku State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
