Kristel Coleongco, CLSSBB, currently serves as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Virtual Staffing Solutions since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kristel held various leadership positions at iQor from January 2016 to February 2023, including AVP of Corporate Training, focusing on leadership and development training. Kristel's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Process Synergy, LLC, overseeing team management and customer service operations from June 2012 to January 2016, and as Call Center Manager at B2 Internet Marketing for a brief period in 2012. Early career experience involved working as Operations Supervisor at SPi Global from March 2009 to March 2012. Kristel earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Saint La Salle between 2004 and 2009.
