Natalie Berger's work experience includes serving as the Director of Student and Instructor Support at Virtual Learning Academy Charter School since 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Dean of Faculty at Souhegan High School. Prior to that, Natalie was the Program Manager - Human Resources and a Science Instructor at Virtual Learning Academy Charter School from 2008 to 2017. Natalie also worked as a Science Teacher at Souhegan High School from 2002 to 2010 and at East Chapel Hill High School from 2000 to 2002.

Natalie Berger has a diverse and well-rounded educational background. Natalie started their education at Dartmouth College, where they obtained an A.B. degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1998. Natalie continued their academic journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in 2001, specializing in Secondary Science Specialties. Later, Natalie pursued further professional development and attained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Educational Administration from Rivier University in 2016.
