Andrei Perevalov is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in human resources and talent acquisition. With a strong background in talent acquisition through positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Andrei successfully managed university relations and recruitment initiatives that significantly improved hiring metrics. Andrei's earlier experiences at Hotelier Interiors Group and AIESEC showcased skills in operations management, event coordination, and team leadership, further enhancing the ability to drive organizational success.
