Stavan Pandya has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Stavan started their career as a UX Design Intern at Dhinchek - Ivy Infoserve, where they worked on a SaaS-based dashboard for connecting Salons and Tailors to customers. Stavan then worked as a Teaching Assistant at Ahmedabad University before joining Ubeeqo as a Product Design Intern.

Stavan's next role was as an Interaction Designer at the Digital Product School by UnternehmerTUM. Stavan later joined Hour4u as a UX Design Consultant, where they worked on product ecosystem development and helped set up the initial team for the company. Stavan also contributed to pitches and ensured a balance between user goals and business needs.

Currently, Stavan is a User Experience Designer at Virtual Identity, where they started as a Junior User Experience Designer and has now progressed to their current role. Alongside this, they are also a Mentor at adplist.org, providing guidance and mentorship to new UX designers, helping them with portfolio building, job search, and improving UX skills.

Stavan Pandya completed a Master's degree in Interaction Design from HARBOUR.SPACE in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information and Communication Technology from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Ahmedabad University between 2013 and 2017. Stavan's education history also includes completing high school at Gyanmanjari Vidyapith, Bhavnagar, from 2011 to 2013.
