Katelyn O'Brien, MBA, serves as a Project Administrator in the Digital Transformation Office at Virtua Health since December 2023. Previously, Katelyn held multiple roles as a Senior Project Manager at Nordic Global and MemorialCare, where Katelyn focused on business continuity and the deployment of critical resources across healthcare settings. Notable achievements include implementing Epic’s Urgent Care module and standardizing downtime reporting across various outpatient units. Katelyn's extensive experience encompasses leadership roles in organizations such as The Queen's Medical Center, NorthShore University HealthSystem, and GoHealth Urgent Care, where Katelyn managed large-scale electronic medical record implementations and improved patient care processes. Katelyn earned an MBA and a BSBA in Marketing from East Carolina University.
