Cody Lettau is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading a team of remote engineers at Virtru, focusing on the development of the Data Security Platform's Policy Enforcement Points, including Outlook and SharePoint. Previously, Cody served as a staff software engineer, architecting new Microsoft Office 365 products and driving best practices among a large frontend team. As a founder, Cody has established multiple startups, including Toggles, an email productivity companion, and Meeturvey, a SaaS solution for automated feedback collection. Earlier roles include significant positions at Johnson Controls, where Cody contributed to cloud architecture and IoT systems, as well as co-founding CloverCamp, a direct mail marketing optimization platform. Cody's technical journey began in freelance development and has included work as a lead frontend engineer and software engineer across various companies, accompanied by a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
