Quyen Truong has a strong background in embedded software development and engineering, with experience in various industries. From 2014 to 2016, Truong worked as an R&D Embedded Engineer at Electronic Elek, where they developed new products and solutions for lighting control, musical fountains, smart home, and smart systems. They also worked on projects such as ARTNET to DMX controller and DMX motion using DMX to control step motors.
In 2015, Truong joined Nayou Technology Co.,LTD as an R&D Engineer, focusing on researching and designing new products for remote monitoring and controlling systems through the internet. During this time, they developed new protocols and firmware for master devices based on ARM Cortex M4 with RTOS, which controlled and collected information from slave devices through Zigbee.
Truong joined Terralogic Inc. in 2016 as an Embedded Software Engineer. In this role, they developed device drivers for camera products based on ARM Cortex R4 with FreeRTOS. They also debugged hardware and software issues on reference platforms and implemented and updated software and driver features according to customer needs.
From 2017 to the present, Truong has been working at Virtium LLC. Initially hired as an Embedded Software Developer, they focused on developing a new IoT storage device using embedded Linux. This involved implementing C/C++ Linux applications for device control and monitoring from the cloud (based on Amazon Web Services) and Java applications for big data processing with clusters (based on Apache Spark). Truong later transitioned to the role of Lead Engineer, responsible for developing new software and storage platforms for analyzing, estimating, and testing the company's SSD and NVMe products. They also maintained and upgraded software features for customers.
Quyen Truong pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from 2009 to 2014 at HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY - HUTECH.
