Melanie Warrick is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer, currently serving as a member of the tech staff at Tailscale since May 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie held positions at Google as a senior data engineer and disaster recovery engineer from April 2017 to May 2021, and at Skymind.io as a founding and deep learning engineer from May 2015 to January 2017. Melanie's experience also includes working as a data scientist and machine learning engineer at Change.org, a business consulting director at Alvarez & Marsal, a management consultant at Slalom Consulting, and a senior business consultant at Accenture.
