Divya H A is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Virsec Systems since September 2017, Divya oversees end-to-end HR operations for the organization's GCC Headquarters in San Francisco. Prior to this role, Divya held several positions at Wipro from February 2008 to May 2017, including HR Business Partner for the Telecom account and Divisional HR Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included talent retention, employee engagement, and managing HR processes for large employee populations. Divya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
